  17. <p>     Lisa Olson was willing to let bygones be bygones. The New
  18. England Patriots organization and three of its team members were
  19. fined for improper conduct in last September's infamous
  20. locker-room incident. Team owner Victor Kiam even printed
  21. apologies in newspaper ads. But the Boston Herald reporter is
  22. suing anyway, claiming that the apologies weren't sincere and
  23. that she continues to endure public humiliation. In February,
  24. Kiam reportedly joked that Olson and the Iraqis had "both seen
  25. Patriot missiles up close." The charges in the suit include
  26. sexual harassment and civil rights violations. Olson's lawyer
  27. says, "She wouldn't have filed suit, but the Patriots have never
  28. taken this whole issue very seriously."
